At Lifestyle Glo Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and personal use items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
